Banana Split recipe

  • 2 bananas
  • Organic coconut chunks natural vanilla flavor (Genuine Coconut). 1 x 2 oz bag
  • Cherries or sour cherries
  • Chocolate ice cream (or your favorite flavor)
  • Chocolate drops
  • Whipped cream

“Cocolate” sauce

  • Scant 1/2 cup Organic coconut milk (Genuine Coconut)
  • 3 1/2 oz 70% cocoa melting chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt

“Cocolate” sauce

  1. Bring the Organic coconut milk (Genuine Coconut) to the boil in a saucepan, then remove from the heat.
  2. Melt the chocolate and add a little salt to taste.
  3. Set aside.

Banana split

  1. Peel and slice the banana in half lengthwise. Set aside.
  1. Place the halved banana on a plate.
  2. Arrange two scoops of chocolate ice cream (or your favorite flavor) on the banana and top with a little whipped cream.
  3. Drizzle with the “cocolate” sauce just before serving.
  4. Decorate with cherries or sour cherries.
  5. Top with Organic coconut chunks natural vanilla flavor (Genuine Coconut)
