- 2 bananas
- Organic coconut chunks natural vanilla flavor (Genuine Coconut). 1 x 2 oz bag
- Cherries or sour cherries
- Chocolate ice cream (or your favorite flavor)
- Chocolate drops
- Whipped cream
“Cocolate” sauce
- Scant 1/2 cup Organic coconut milk (Genuine Coconut)
- 3 1/2 oz 70% cocoa melting chocolate
- 1 pinch of salt
“Cocolate” sauce
- Bring the Organic coconut milk (Genuine Coconut) to the boil in a saucepan, then remove from the heat.
- Melt the chocolate and add a little salt to taste.
- Set aside.
Banana split
- Peel and slice the banana in half lengthwise. Set aside.
- Place the halved banana on a plate.
- Arrange two scoops of chocolate ice cream (or your favorite flavor) on the banana and top with a little whipped cream.
- Drizzle with the “cocolate” sauce just before serving.
- Decorate with cherries or sour cherries.
